Our warehouse and delivery operations are designed and built specifically to meet the needs of Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturers and retail companies. Hudson LMS backs our customers with a network of three Distribution Centers and 11 satellite Distribution Depots.  Our fleet of 350 company-owned box trucks delivers to 15,000 retail locations, weekly.

Hudson LMS DSD offers advantages over shipping directly to a retailer’s warehouse, or using a third-party distributor – providing faster replenishment, reduced out-of-stock levels, and speed-to shelf improvements.

To ensure success, we offer standardized processes that are tailored for specific customers and channels which optimize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Our end-to-end services include:

• Receiving – assumption, check-in and storage of goods at a Hudson LMS facility

• Inventory – each SKU is assigned a warehouse location and is pallet racked stored in the location until ordered

• Item Management – real-time quantities, reorder points, item order caps, obsolescence dates

• Order Processing/Tracking – we ensure orders are processed and tracked, from order, to shipment, to delivery confirmation

• Fulfillment Services – Pick/Pack, Order Consolidation, Kit Packing, Assembly

• Replenishment – Optimize inventory flow by maintaining efficient order and SKU fill rates

• Reverse Logistics – Full capabilities related to returns, surplus asset disposal/destruction

    Hudson LMS owns and operates 350 late model 25’ and 21’ box truck that canvas the Eastern Seaboard – form Maine down to Virginia, providing a big bold, memorable and DVR-proof advertising platform. Our metrics and rate structure is supported by the Transit Audit Bureau (TAB)

    Markets / Media Buy

    We offer multiple, customizable buy options to fit your exact geographic and target market needs. Many clients have opted to buy our full fleet – others have selected specific DMAs, major metros, (New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, etc.), or retail specific locations/routes.

    Creative

    Our standard unit is a 5’ x 11’ (8-sheet) framed board on both sides of the truck. We also offer a vinyl adhesive options – full side and back door coverage, smaller/customized sizes, or full vehicle wraps.
